Agricultural Packaging Ltda. requested that Domäne Consulting Group Ltda lead the   operational delivery of their Business Strategy programme after a competitive bid process.  From visioning through to design and prototype, Domäne Consulting Group Ltda, provided insight and experience without which the project could not have been realised.   The subsequent operational application of the project in branches and contact centres across Colombia has delivered significant shareholder value.”

The team assessed the gaps in the existing customer management process and designed solutions based on Customer Segmented Strategies.

Implementation was achieved in pilot  through effective segmentation analysis and campaign approaches, training, resources and reward that were matched more effectively to the differentiated needs of customers.

Independent measurement against control areas showed a 12% uplift in revenues in 2008.
